And there can be 2 different sections:
A section where people who are good with photoshop/GIMP etc can make thread shops for stuff like bumps, avatars, siggys and pokémon safe trade signs,
And a section where people who are good artists (for example, Hope) can make art thread shops :3

Also, people could pay with pokémon or points or something....idk.

It's just an idea, not a very good one though.
